Snow

Pulling back the curtains this morning revealed snow - unusual for Uist.
With a little sun to provide the light and a glowering snow storm passing by in the distance, it was an interesitng time to be out.
Having thought we were going to get caught by one fo the squalls, it passed south of us and we could admire it in the distance rather than suffer it in the prescence.
Very loclaised though. Driving to pick up my weekly paper, for severla kilometres the roads were terrible and then suddenly near the aiirport none at all.
