The dropped stitch

By Bodkin

Soggy Sunday

The roadside drains are struggling to keep up with the amount of rain, sleet and snow.

The snow has fallen intermittently all day, but it's not at all the pretty snowflaked, crisp and even variety. Instead, it falls as wet splodges which instantly become slush underfoot.

Errands completed, I'm very glad to get dry and warm up in front of the fire. Zoom call booked with my sister for this evening.
