2015-09-30 (Day 273) Train In The Mist

This morning started out foggy, though the sun slowly burned the haar away and by lunchtime conditions were perfect for a walk in the sun.

This is the Linlithow Avon railway viaduct seen from the Whitecross road. It carries the main Glasgow to Edinburgh railway line and soon, I guess, will start sprouting pillars and posts to carry electrical cabling.

For now, it's mainly disel-electrics with steam trains once in a while on special occasions.
