sometimes you just have to make your own party...

carnival has started here. not with a party on the street, not with full cafes and not with many friends around you: most of it happens online. everyone does their best to make something fun out of it. All kinds of activities have been set up online, there are party packages with typical carnivals snacks and drinks for sale and there are various quests through the city and houses are decorated, but still: this year you have to turn it into a party yourself more than ever.

Meanwhile, there are riots in a number of places against the corona measures and curfew.

well ... carnival is a nice distraction from 'normal' (?!) life ... bring on the confetti!
