Robin

Like much of the country we had snow today, about 4 centimetres on the garden table, measured with a steel ruler.
I love snow, and we had no need to drive anywhere so could just enjoy it. The robin is in a tree taken through the kitchen window. They wait there queueing up to go on the bird feeders. 
This afternoon I needed to go out for a walk , and everything looked so different whitewashed with snow.
