How lucky we are

I really appreciate being able to go out of the back door and spend 2-3 hours running and walking in beautiful quiet country.  Today we walked/ran towards Brunt Knott near Staveley and then over to Ulgraves, looking down to the Longsleddale valley.  This is the view towards Ulgraves.
