2016-07-14 (Day 196) Allez Tour de France

I have no idea why this grafitti has been painted on an unclassified road near Linlithgow. I am pretty darned certain that the Tour de France has never been here.

As I type this light-hearted reference to France, I read that some evil creatures have attacked a Bastille Day celebration in Nice. Utterly disgusting.
