Oh ear, today was a terribly busy day with a distinct shortage of daylight. And at the end of it, a trip to the gym

I really hate the treadmill. Why anyone would run on one of these when they could be outside running in the fresh air, I do not know. But on this occasion I had no choice.

So I found myself on the treadmill, taking what I sincerely hope will be the worst photo of this year's 365!
