Concentration

J's determination is admirable. She is missing her friends, uni is closed (recorded lectures), the gym is closed, and she's stuck with me! We are both learning a lot about exercise science right now.

As I uploaded this I realised the significance of the date. It is exactly six months since I left England. Unbelievable. Which means it's also 6 months since I saw my older daughter. No wonder it hurts all the time; it's a long absence. The girls are in daily contact though and B is by default learning a lot about exercise science too :)
