Loops

My favourite cereal is Sainsbury's multi-grain boulders, but when I went shopping yesterday they'd run out - take it from me, multi-grain loops just aren't the same!

Today has been a bad day. I sent most of it sat in my bedroom feeling sorry for myself, whilst my builder plastered the kitchen.

I managed to make myself go to training - and I'm pleased to say it made me feel much better.
