2017-03-05 (Day 064) Out For A Run

The Alloa half marathon is now just two weeks away. Thanks to a rather persistent cold, I have not been out running for three weeks. So, I thought I would hit the road today and try to complete a ten miler, before taking it fairly easy for the next couple of weeks.

The route (https://www.strava.com/activities/888873038) took me onto the canal at Bonnybridge. This was approximately the half way point, so I grabbed a picture. I am quite impressed at how good a job the iPhone did of showing off the dramatic sky!
