2017-04-11 (Day 101) Gardrum Burn

I passed this little curve in the burn when I was out taking Tess for a walk this evening. I confess it looked better in real life than the picture, but it's still quite pretty.

The ridiculous thing is that this is under 500m from my house, yet I had lived hrere for about fourteen years before I found it! Sometimes it helps just to walk a different way from usual...

While I was out with Tess this evening we also saw a family of deer running away from us and a couple of grouse. Amazing how much wildlife there is just a short distance away.
