Day 322

It was very icy underfoot this morning after yesterday’s snow. Crossing the roads was the worst part. Where the cars had turned the ice to slush yesterday it froze overnight making it slippery today . Very cold too.
As I lay on the floor doing my traction for my upper back this afternoon the sun was casting shadows through the windows of the net curtains . Quite an attractive pattern I thought. So this is today’s blip as I lay on the floor listening to an audio book for the 20 minutes duration of the traction.
