Looking for sunshine

This time of the year the sun disappears from the garden early in the afternoon, we headed out for a walk and enjoyed that warm comfortable feeling when walking in it’s glow. The photo above is a number of recent builds to the west of the village, all developed in less than twenty years, they now form a small community of their own.

The extra is showing an undercut in a bank under a hazel tree with a root growing through. A wider photo shows little ferns in the bank.
