Snowy commute

Our school was open today to an invited few. Three to be exact, the children of GPs and pharmacists.  My offer of walking in was accepted and what a beautiful morning to walk the 3.5 miles through the park to school. Totally stunning.

We did the lessons with the children, setting them up to attend their tutorials and once the work was done we spent a lot of the day outside. Building snowman and having snowball fights.  We gave them hot chocolate to warm up after all the outside activities. 

My arthritic knees ache but I am happy to have made the effort to enjoy the commute by foot
