I think this was the best surviving snowman, a few had slumped by this afternoon, although in some places there was still quite a bit of snow.
In the morning I sent emails about the no show plumber, not rude but quite firm.
The plumber arrived within half an hour. A different team will have to come out and dig through the concrete floor to mend the pipe. Probably near the outside toilet, and I spent many an hour laying the floor out there!
I walked to Jean’s in the afternoon, a bit slippery in places but I stayed upright.
