Slow Cooker Beef & Ale Stew

It is the weather for warming wholesome food. I thought it was time to get the slow cooker out.

The stew was very tasty and I have leftovers for the next few days. 

Today has been a cooking day as I have also made some Sweet Potato and Lentil Soup.  Annual leave has its advantages.
