Dilapidated & Disintegrated

This was the last pub in the village to close. It's latest owners cooked excellent Thai food but there just wasn't enough footfall and they returned to their home country. It's right on the main road and has car parking but no garden so not what people want these days.
The Bell sign was replaced after the pub had closed and who knows what will happen to it now. If it can get permission for change of use then a few houses would fit on the land.
Judging this evening for a club which my own club will be competing against next week in an inter club challenge. Should be fun (as long as we win!!!).
