This morning we were welcomed to the work day with a fire alarm in our building, only to find as we were leaving that a truck had tried to enter the loading bay in our building despite being too tall for the 12-foot height limit.  It ripped a sprinkler head out of the ceiling, causing the alarm to go off and shoot massive amounts of water into the garage.  Every time they tried to shut the alarm off, it would trigger again, so we couldn't return to our apartment for about an hour.  We lost some productivity, but walked to get some coffee while we waited.
