Pizza with mushrooms, kale, and crème fraiche. Wine: Ca’ del Baio Nebbiolo Langhe 2019. Bonus: we had a small nip of our best Scotch before our evening walk in honor of Burns Night. The pizza was fantastic. We had it with some olives and cheese.
