The Tweed at the Dookits

One of the great walks in town is through Hay Lodge Park and then up over the Dookits to Neidpath Castle.  There used to be a diving board on this rock (before they diverted some of the water from the river to the nearby reservoirs). There are some great old pictures of kids diving in.
