Tulip Time

Many years ago in the time before Blip I convinced myself I would like a Macro lens. Since then I have hardly ever used it. I thought Tiny Tuesday would be a good reason to give it another try. (Abstract Thursday similarly gave me an excuse to give the Lensbaby a trial rune a couple of months ago). Perhaps every daily challenge needs its own lens?

So today for Tiny Tuesday a single tulip flower, using a macro lens. Taken against background of a white wall, subsequently given some colour.

A visit to the supermarket this morning. A lot of frost around at the time. The frost cleared eventually and the sky clouded over. Today's high temperature a balmy 2º.
