ASDA did not deliver my food and still there is no delivery from them. This food bag was brought by someone I never met before. Sebastian, the boy friend of my Turkish Psychiatrist friend who has been working in Cambridge, did shopping for me at Tesco and saved me from starving. Initial food from the hospital medical staffing was not bad but was not enough for a sports man.
Sebastian delivered the food with his car to my quarantine place.

I am busy with comparing telephone companies in the UK and arranging my commencement to new job.

I am reading less than I planned and meditating more regularly.

New life, new rules and first disappointment was ASDA, hope will be the last.
