I had a party today :-)

No, this is the scene outside a nearby bottle recycling facility - the recycling skips are full and obviously people have been leaving their bottles beside the skips.

But it's strange, because we have kerbside bottle collections every second week. Obviously a lot of people aren't convinced by the kerbside scheme.
