.... before the boats started sliding downhill.
I heard later that they were stuck under the bridge near Machynlleth, which is quite a way from Aberdyfi.


The extra blip is specially for the Arachnologists amongst you. Taken in May 2019.
I believe that the one having it's lunch is a type of Green Huntsman. They don't have webs.
For those of you who hate spiders, look away now.
