2018-07-07 (Day 188) Parkrun

I went to Falkirk Parkrun today, for the first time in a long time. The run is held in Callendar Park each Saturday morning and is a timed, free-to-enter 5k run.

The weather was beautifulm ad the park is simply stunning - a lovely way to start off the weekend!
