Bread machine

Very icy this morning, and then very cold rain. I did use J’s bike (on a turbo trainer in the garage) for some exercise, but haven’t been out.

I didn’t get into the lockdown sourdough making, but as we’re both at home for lunch every day we’ve been using our bread machine more. This was a mix, and it rose very well. I was worried it was going to push the lid off!
