2018-10-17 (Day 280) Linlithgow 10k

Having already missed the Glasgow Half Marathon because of my cold, I was determined not to let it make me miss my local 10k in Linlithgow.

What the cold didn't achieve, the weather very nearly did. 40mph winds and rain didn't make tfor the best start, but I ran round, albeit slower than I would normally hope to run.
