Day 289 - Kelvingrove

Wonderful icy and cold morning and I had another Netwalk with Giles.
Really enjoyed it although I had to watch not falling on my backside.
In the afternoon I had a fab Kinesiology session with Angela. What a mind blowing technique!!!
Evening lesson with Lynsay and after that I joined a facebook life for another free challenge - just to show up, but in the end it was really really good and I took away quite a few points ... success!

Lovely dinner with Neil and a relative early night. Energy work is quite exhausting for the body ...
