Out with Nigel

Nigel and I went out for a long walk to check the snow today. And we happened to make a weird discovery. Along the way, the snow was full of these patterns, something that reminded me of crop circles. Does somebody have any idea what they could be? You can see the pattern in the extra. It’s as if somebody was skating and leaving funny traces.
