A first

An interesting evening involved with a cheese tasting organised by the Worshipful Company of Educators. We have missed our trips to London to the dinners, so signed up for this event.

The cheese samples were received last week along with instructions. We have tasted some delightful cheese and heard all about how they were made and from what type of milk etc.  

R & S signed up as well, so we had them on FaceTime on my iPad, whilst the zoom meeting was on B’s computer. It’s the first time that I’ve been involved in one of these sessions and R explained some of the finer details after we had finished.
