No news is good news?

Apparently...
No news today... just monitoring...
Told nurse I was going stir crazy, could I go for a little walk? Nice lady, wanted to say yes, but she didn't feel able to turn a blind eye to the "rules". Never mind... I was allowed to walk up the corridor within the ward... spotted this glimpse of sunrise through an open office door... looks almost Rothko-esque I think...
Enjoyed some chats today with friends and family - even Bex (via text)!! She's been studying ethnomusicology and shaman rituals in indigenous rainforest groups in Malaysia and Brazil... came up because my nurse today was from Malaysia, and yesterday from The Solomon Islands...
