Wild Wednesday . . . Greenfinch

I choose this image because the feathers showed up the best.  I had other ones with it having a beak full of seeds but it was very sunny and the feathers weren't as sharp.  It seem to enjoy sitting on top of the sunflower and neatly picking out the seeds.  I had hoped I would see birds eating the seeds.

It was back to the pool this morning for exercise class and then lunch with Annabelle to catch up o our holiday gossip.  We watered her garden while she was away and she bought me a bottle of gin as a thank you.  She knows me well.
