Cooking day

Tomorrow all 3 members of the family are returning to their respective schools and I have panicked and cooked all day long.
Pictured above are the fastest pizzas for Laura’s lunch, made on mini naan breads with ready made sauce and pregrated mozzarella. I then heat them up on a frying pan. Laura says they are the best pizzas ever, which is quite funny as usually we make dough and sauce from scratch.

After that I made jars and jars of fig jam, sausage rolls with grain free dough, banana bread, butter chicken, naan breads, all from scratch. I’m tired just writing about it. But at least I had food to put into lunch boxes.
