Mini Eggs

I went for a long swim tonight after work which has zapped most of my energy! We are having an easter buffet at work tomorrow for our team so I baked something which involved these. Yum. Please note, I only consumed 4 mini eggs (so my hard work swimming wasn't for nothing!).
