Warming Up

Every week or two I run the bikes for twenty minutes or so just to warm them through and move the fluids around.I also move the tyre around to prevent flat spots.
The extra is Helen clearing the Ivy that has grown through into the building.I am behind with Blip as always because we are starting to get busier on the nursery.

Passed 100000 deaths attributed to Covid today.A terrible milestone.Vaccination is over six million but such a long way still to go.

Our friends in europe (did we ever have any) are looking at restricting vaccine exports of the Pfizer jab and have asked Astra Zeneca to divert UK orders to europe.As always when people keep emphasising the words "our friends" they are lying.
