Salmon dinner
Fresh Atlantic salmon, topped with garlic flakes, dill weed, and "Grandfather's Royal Hawaiian Seasoning." A little seafood sauce drizzled over the top, right after the picture was taken.
SO easy to prepare... place salmon in a baking pan that has a very small amount of water, and then bake in the oven at 350F for about 20 minutes +/- depending on the size of the piece of fish. I find a serving size of about 3/4 of a pound is just about right for me.
