A good morning. 7C. Pale sunshine, lots of mist and no wind. The snow and ice have all gone. Lots of mud which will be made worse by heavy rain forecast for tonight.

A very good walk on the Knott. Surprisingly one section was on a footpath I have never trodden before. After 25 years living here that does not happen very often.
