Now, that's neighbourly

The recently erected fencing in our backyard is stout enough, and the palings are quite tightly fixed alongside each other; but evidently not tightly enough to prevent a neighbour's flowering shrub from poking through. We're not complaining. If the palings begin to be pulled apart, a quick snip should fix things.
