Bella

My friend’s little puppy, Bella, is nearly fully grown now. She’s having her first season at the moment so needs to stay on the lead. Just noticed from looking at her tiny puppy photos that her nose is now a different colour.

A screen free day for me... chiropractor, walk with Bella, trip to the chemist and that’s about it. Well needed.

Chiropractor said I should “turn down the blue light” setting so my computer emits less. Apparently it will be easier on my eyes and brain. No idea how to do that but I am certainly going to look into it.

News from the government is that schools are closed and we’ll be delivering online lessons until at last 8th March.
