Chicken & Leek Rarebit Pie

I usually buy a wildlife diary, but because I have kept away from the shops, the only one I could find on line that had the coiled spiral wire page binding was the dairy diary. It is years since I had seen a dairy diary, I remember my mum getting them from the milkman.
I am very pleased with it and each page has a recipe printed. I have seen a few that I fancied trying.
I don't usually do food photos but thought I'd keep a record of todays effort. It turned out quite nice, very filling. A bit like a savoury Bread and Butter pudding.
