The first barge to make it through since we had all the snow and a frozen canal. The strange thing was I saw it going back in the opposite direction about three hours later. Essential travel?
Tried a Tesco recipe for a bolognese hash tonight. It was a lovely tasting dish but a bit dry so I think we might have to adapt the recipe for next time.
Should be getting the keys to my new craft cabin on Saturday. First job is to make sure it’s water tight!.
