Something new.

No the birds are not new, I received a speed light for Christmas and this morning was the first time I put on the camera and gave it a try.  I have a lot to learn and you are all so good about putting up with the learning curve as I delve into you tube videos and reading articles on each new thing I take on.  I have never owned a flash so this is really a first.  

Mom had a quick doctor appointment this morning to check her blood, still all good.  I have a friend who received a camera for Christmas and this afternoon I was helping her by answering some questions, it's fun to be able to help her and see her enthusiasm .
