My Mom's Rose

Can you believe that this rose in bud in my mom's garden? A rainy, cold day today but some breaks in the rain. I saw my parents for the first time in 2 weeks (having been on crutches) and it was terrific to spend time with them. Can't help but think what precious times these are.
