A drab day

A miserable start to the day, cold,damp and drizzle.
This is on the Riverfront next to the footbridge with the university in the background, and in the foreground is a statue of the Newport boxer David Pearce.
It’s so strange to be in the centre of the City very few people and cars on the road.
