No more hospital visits

Yesterday I was cleared by the orthopaedic specialist and today the physiotherapist, who also works at the hospital, was happy that I had regained full movement and arm rotation so she also gave me clearance.
I was allowed to take a photo of my x-ray taken on the day that I fell. Not everybody likes to look at it. I find it hard to believe that I fell with enough force to completely dislodge a secure joint. No wonder it hurt so much. Enormous credit should go to the hospital staff who reset the joint so well while I was unaware under anesthetic. I have now learned to be more careful when I am in a rush.
