the woods

I took a drive today to walk with a golfing pal at our course. There is a public footpath that runs through our golf course and leads to woods that run adjacent to the 13th hole on the Moorland course. We decided to go and explore the woods for the first time and they were much better than we had expected. Plenty of trails to follow and also a lot of private property, trespassing signs put up by the hotel owners. We also came across a very well built mountain bike course with scary looking jumps. Probably the reason for all of the warning signs abdicating responsibility.
We also had a good chat!
