Waterfowl on the canal.

By the middle of the day, the rain had eased a lot so we took Chloe along the canal. While mostly still ice-bound, the open areas were full of Mallard and Goosander. Despite the frozen canal, the going underfoot was perfectly clear, just wet.
Not been out since, just too damp and cold and not very pleasant plus Chloe would need those big paws washed yet again!
