Planned

Decision made last night that I would leave work a bit before the bell in order to be able to fit a run in before it got dark. I managed it and am now not just running at the weekend. I’ll need to stick to that next week too.

I was quite efficient first thing before everything ground to a halt with a two hour twenty minute meeting, all with camera on so I couldn’t even get on with something else at the same time. A serious topic but I’m not sure it entirely warranted the length of time. The afternoon was then a rush but I did stick to my plan.
