Pork with kra prow sauce
Round 2 of the work team cook-off is underway. Rather randomly, as this round’s cook book was chosen by a team member in Glasgow, we’ve chosen a recipe from Rosa’s Thai Cafe, which is a rather fine Thai eatery based in, yes you’ve guessed it, east London. Spitalfields to be precise. The recipes are super simple (once we’d tracked down London’s last packet of Thai basil), and I’m banking on extra points for using home grown chilli.
